Following a vote in 2021 by Councillors to rezone the area, Dublin City Council has prepared a draft Masterplan for the Jamestown Industrial Estate lands, bordered by Jamestown Road, St Margaret’s Road, and McKee Avenue.
The 43ha Masterplan will be developed at an approximate ratio of 65% residential and 25% employment/commercial, complemented with community, education, and ancillary uses.
This development will be phased over many years and require several individual planning applications.
It is very important that local people have their say and make a free submission.
